SERVER BASE RULES
Non Pvp Server Rules (For Server 1)
1. Kill Stealing while leveling up or hunting is allowed, since all spot is free-for-all.
2. Leaving your character online (Away from Keyboard) will not be punished. But if found, the character will be disconnected from the server.
3. Dropping Items in towns is not allowed, especially during a Drop Event. If caught, the player will be disconnected from the server.
Non Pvp Server Rules (For Server 2)

Vip Server Rules (For Server 4)
1. Kill Stealing in VIP Server is not allowed, since players subscribe in VIP Server to peacefully hunt and train.
2. Leaving your character online (Away from Keyboard) will not be punished. But if found, the character will be disconnected from the server.
3. Mass PK (Player Killing) is not allowed in VIP Server.
4. Mass PK (Player Killing) in Warp Area is not allowed in VIP Server.
5. PK (Player Killing) and KS (Kill Stealing) while Golden Invasion, Kundun Invasion, or White Wizard Invasion Time is not allowed. If caught, the player will get punishment.
Castle Siege Server Rules (For Server 5)

OFFENSES AND PUNISHMENTS
1. CUSSING OR SWEARING IN-GAME – Punishments for the violators will depend on the situation. If a violator would do it during or after Player Killing, Guild War, or Kill Stealing, the violator will not be punished since this is how the server was set.
Therefore, if the violator will say direct insults, sexually related words, or insulting family members, he or she will be punished. This is applied to GMs, Admins, and all players.
Guilty players due to Cussing or Swearing will be banned.
Note: Since the punishment will only depend on the situation, not all reported players due to Cussing or Swearing will be punished.
How to Report:

Punishment Guidelines:
- If the player will curse you three times or more in one single occasion.
- If the player will curse you three times or more in any different occasion.
- If the player will curse you many times in public, or through private messages.
- If the player will curse you many times in any way and in any place.
- If the player will curse you multiple times in a very abusive way.
- If the player will curse you even once in a very abusive way.
Punishment:
1st Offense: 24 Hours Character Ban
2nd Offense: 48 Hours Character Ban
3rd Offense: 72 Hours Character Ban
4th Offense: Permanent Character Ban

2. SCAMMING OR SCAMMING ATTEMPT – Post screenshots of the Scamming Process or Scamming Attempt. Remember you must provide screenshots that includes the conversation, the trade, and the actual scamming.
Guilty players due to Scamming or Scamming Attempt will be banned permanently.
Note: Make sure to take screenshots everytime especially during trades in case the other party is a scammer.
How to Report:
- Take screenshots of the trade.
- Take screenshots of the full conversation.
- Take screenshots of the Scamming or Scamming Attempt.

3. HACKING OR HACKING ATTEMPT – Post screenshots of the Hacking Attempt with the conversation. Always remember that GMs and Admins will not ask for your Account Informations. Remember not to trust others for the sake of your account.
Guilty players due to Hacking or Hacking Attempt will be banned permanently. Character or Account Ban will depend on the situation.

- Take screenshots of the Hacking or Hacking Attempt.

4. 3RD PARTY PROGRAMS – Speed Hack, Level Hack, and other kinds of hack is highly prohibited. Pass on any informations to GMs and Admins about these programs, and will be investigated by the team.
The punishment will be Permanent Account Ban but may be Reduced of Account Ban Duration by the given informations about these Hack Programs.
Guilty players due to 3rd Party Program using will be banned.
How to Report:
- The 3rd Party Program Using Report needs actual demonstration, a video is needed.
- You may check our Guide Section for further instructions about video uploading.

- You may upload your video into video files.

5. FALSE REPORTS – Any players who is proved to have made a False Report will be sunctioned. When reporting, make sure you have strong proofs.
Guilty players due to False Report will be banned.
Punishment:
1st Offense: 24 Hours Character Ban
2nd Offense: 48 Hours Character Ban
3rd Offense: 72 Hours Character Ban
4th Offense: 1 Week Character Ban
5th Offense: 1 Month Character Ban
6th Offense: Permanent Character Ban

6. ILLEGAL CHARACTER AND GUILD NAME - Using sexually related words and inappropriate words as names of Characters and Guilds is illegal. Once caught, the player will be punished.
If the character that was blocked due to Illegal Name has more than 10 Resets, the player can inform it to an Admin or Head Game Master. Then the total reset of the blocked character will be transfered into a new character or any character with the same class but has no reset, but in the same account.
Guilty players due to Illegal Name will be banned permanently.
Note: You can only report the Guild Master of the Illegal Name Guild. You cannot report the members of the Illegal Name Guild, only but warn them about their Guild Name.

7. NORMAL CHARACTER IMPERSONATION – Impersonation of any Normal Characters in-game is not prohibited. But if the user will use it in an abusive way, it will lead into Permanent Character Ban, and possibly, the whole account. This includes the use of Inappropriate Words, Scamming, Hacking, and other violations.
Guilty players due to Normal Character Impersonation will be banned permanently.
Note: If the account has more character impersonators with 0 Resets, then it will lead into Permanent Account Ban.
How to Report:
- Take screenshots showing the name of the Impersonator Character.
- Take screenshots showing the actual violation of the Impersonator Character.
- Upload your screenshots in www.imageshack.us, copy the URL link, and paste it in your Report Thread.

8. GAME MASTER OR ADMIN IMPERSONATION – Impersonation of any Game Master or Administrator is not allowed and will result into Permanent Character Ban, and possibly, the whole account.
If the account has more character impersonators with 0 Resets, then it will lead into Permanent Account Ban.
Guilty players due to Game Master or Admin Impersonation will be banned permanently.
Note: This rule includes the impersonation of Former Game Masters and Administrators.

9. ADMIN GUILD IMPERSONATION – Impersonation of the Admin Guild is not allowed and will result into Permanent Character Ban, and possibly, the whole account.
Guilty players due to Admin Guild Impersonation will be banned permanently.
Note: You can only report the Guild Master of the Fake Admin Guild. You cannot report the members of the Fake Admin Guild, only but warn them about their Guild Name.
How to Report:
- Take screenshots showing the Guild Master of the Fake Admin Guild.

10. USING GUARDIAN PATCH – Using Guardian Patch is not allowed. This is a program that allow players to use skills on Safe Zones for a long time. It is very annoying and can cause lag on Safe Zones. Once caught, the player will be punished.
Guilty players due to the use of Guardian Patch will be banned.
How to Report:
- The Guardian Patch Using Report needs actual demonstration, a video is needed.
- You may check our Guide Section for further instructions about video uploading.

- You may upload your video into video files.

11. ADVERTISING – Advertising other servers is illegal and will result of a Permanent Account Ban.
This only takes place when a player encourage another player to play, check, or try another game or server. Anyone who will attempt or do an action that may criticize GrudgeMU will get punished.
Guilty players due to Advertising will be banned permanently.

- Take screenshots showing a player advertising something which is not a GrudgeMU Property.

12. TRADING ACCOUNT – Buying, selling, or trading any account in any form is illegal. This is applied to in-game accounts and other server or game accounts.
Remember to warn the player first before reporting. If the player continually ignores the warning, then the player will be punished.
The reason is already obvious and the user made the character to do illegal actions in-game such as Trading for Real Money, Accounts, or Loads.
Guilty players due to Trading Account will be banned permanently.
Note: You do not need to give any warning to Low-Reset Characters like Dark Knights, Dark Wizards, Fairy Elves, or even more advanced Magic Gladiators and Dark Lords.
How to Report:
- Take screenshots showing a player that Trades an Account.
- Take screenshots while warning the player.
- Take screenshots when the player ignored your warning.
- Upload your screenshots in www.imageshack.us, copy the URL link, and paste it in your Report Thread.

13. TRADING ITEMS FOR REAL MONEY – All data contained in this server is property of GrudgeMU. You are not allowed to buy, sell, or trade any in-game items for real money. Any attempt to profit from being a player in GrudgeMU will not be tolerated. You may purchase items legitimately by donating. We will not take any responsibility for you being scammed out of money or game items by this illegitimate trade. This is applied on any items.
Also remember to warn the player first before reporting. If the player continually ignores the warning, then the player will be punished.
The reason is already obvious and the user made the character to do illegal actions in-game such as Trading for Real Money, Accounts or Loads.
Guilty players due to Trading Items for Real Money will be banned permanently. Banning the IP will depend on the situation.

Any attempt to profit from being a player in GrudgeMU will not be tolerated. You may purchase items legitimately by donating, not by loads. We will not take any responsibility for you being scammed out of loads or in-game items by this illegitimate trade. This is applied on any kinds of loads such as prepaid loads and loads for mobile devices.
Also remember to warn the player first before reporting. If the player continually ignores the warning, then the player will be punished.
The reason is already obvious and the user made the character to do illegal actions in-game such as Trading for Real Money, Accounts or Loads.
Guilty players due to Trading Loads will be banned permanently.

16. PK AND KS DURING ANY INVASION IN VIP SERVER - Player Killing and Kill Stealing during Golden Invasion Time, Kundun Invasion Time, or in White Wizard Invasion Time in VIP Server is not allowed. Once caught, the player will be punished. This is only applied in VIP Server.
Guilty players due to Player Killing and Kill Stealing during any Invasion in VIP Server will be banned.

18. AGILITY BUG USING - Abusing Agility Bug is illegal in the server. It is when you won't be able to hit an enemy player in Pvp Server, due to over-added Agility. It is considered abusive and if caught, the player will be punished.
Guilty players due to the use of Agility Bug will be banned.
Note: When reporting, you may provide screenshots, or better if videos, so it'll clearly show a player using Agility Bug abusively.
How to Report:
- The Agility Bug Using Report needs actual demonstration, a video is needed.
- You may check our Guide Section for further instructions about video uploading.
