1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, downloading the client, purchasing virtual items, or playing on this server, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all posted server rules.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, password, characters, and any actions made using your login details. Keep your credentials private. Staff will never ask for your password.
3. Fair Play Rules
- No cheating, packet manipulation, automation abuse, memory editing, or third-party tools that give unfair advantage.
- No exploiting bugs, duping items, abusing payment systems, or intentionally crashing/disrupting the server.
- No harassment, impersonation of staff, real-money trading unless explicitly allowed, or scams against other players.
4. Virtual Currency and Webshop
eCoins, webshop items, rewards, and in-game items are virtual server features. They have no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money. Delivery rules, item availability, pricing, and promotions may change.
5. Donations and Payments
Any donation or payment-related feature supports the operation of the server. Unless required by law or approved by staff, completed virtual item deliveries are final. Payment disputes, fraud, or chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
6. Server Changes and Resets
The server may receive patches, balance changes, maintenance, data corrections, ranking resets, item adjustments, or emergency rollbacks when needed for stability and fair gameplay.
7. Client and Updates
Only download the game client and patches from official links posted on this website or official community channels. Modified clients may be blocked.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, mute, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate rules, disrupt the community, exploit bugs, or threaten server integrity.
9. Limitation of Liability
This private server website and its services are provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, bugs, user mistakes, account sharing, unauthorized access, or third-party services.
